Information to customers from Europe
Upon purchase you will receive an invoice with issuer's VAT by default. If you are a company from the EU outside Poland and you need invoices without VAT enter a note about it in the comment to the order.
We issue invoices with 0% VAT only for companies, which VAT ID appears as active in the VIES database, and the delivery address of the goods is a country from the European Union other than Poland.
Every customer of our online store has the right to replace or return goods purchased within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The parcel should be properly secured and sent to the address: SPC Dział Zwrotów, Radziwoja 20 Street, 61-057 Poznań, Poland. The package must contain in addition to the product with complete packaging, the appropriate document for return / replacement. Requests are processed within 1 to 14 days.
Return of payment is always made by the same route chosen by the buyer. The only exception is payment on delivery - the return is made by bank transfer in this case. All transport costs associated with the return and exchange are borne by the buyer. In the absence of the product for which the exchange procedure has been initiated we automatically make a refund.

The customer may not withdraw from the sales contract, in the case of the purchase of an item manufactured/modified to the customer's specifications, as well as in the case where the product is delivered with sealed packaging that once opened cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. If a product is returned with significantly damaged packaging or bearing signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the request or reduce the final refund amount.
Please be advised that exchanges and returns that do not contain complete information on the exchange / return of goods, address and contact details may not be considered.
Remember to return the product in the condition in which you would like to receive it, including packaging. When returning purchases, place the original packaging in which you received the product, in an additional outer envelope or box, so that it is not damaged during transportation. Do not wrap the original carton in which the product is packed with adhesive tape.
If you have a problem with a product, please report it using the COMPLAINT SYSTEM. Our customer service department will comprehensively answer your concerns and will surely solve the problem.
The products offered in our military store are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Selected products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, including lifetime warranty, in such cases the information and warranty conditions are contained on the label or product card.
Liability under this warranty extends only to defects caused by reasons inherent in the item sold.
